Züri Escape - the bikepacking gravel event

On Friday morning, 50 women and 50 men take on the challenge of overcoming 420 km and 10,000 meters of altitude.

Züri Escape is a self-supported bikepacking gravel event that starts on Friday at 6:00 am in Brunau as part of Cycle Week. The route covers 420 km and 10'000 vertical meters through breathtaking landscapes. The Escape offers adventure, challenge and fun on a gravel bike. Participants need physical endurance, mental strength and strategic planning.

Route

A detailed scouted 420 km loop to and from Zurich. So close to the city, but still far out in nature. Züri Escape takes you through magnificent landscapes, dreamy forests, mystical moorland, abandoned tunnels and dark caves. At two checkpoints manned around the clock, participants will always find an open ear for the best stories from the road.
