Training planning and optimization - workshop with MY sport

How do I train efficiently? What do I need to bear in mind when training so that I can increase the intensity and achieve my goals?

Training and your personal performance consist of four areas: The physical, the mental, the nutrition and the material. If all four work together, nothing stands in the way of your success story - including fun and more power!

What do you need to pay attention to during training to ensure a successful training structure? Dan answers these and other questions about training optimization in this workshop. He will also discuss various metabolic processes and explain which intensities to use and when to use them in order to set the right stimuli and improve your performance.

In the first part of the workshop, Dan will provide theoretical input, while in the second part he will address your questions or individual situation so that you can optimally prepare for your next challenge or competition.
