Do you often perceive male cyclists as braver, more daring and more self-confident? At the same time, do you see yourself as rather self-critical and easily insecure? Why is that? Sports psychologist Sonja Nüssli gets to the bottom of this phenomenon - and at the same time shows you mental tools that are particularly helpful and functional for us women. You will learn to think in a more growth-oriented way and to activate and train your strengths and resources as a female rider.
