Zurich, May 22 - 25, 2025

Less pain and more performance through ergonomics on the bike - workshop with SQlab.

Numb fingers or toes? Sit bone or back pain? In this SQlab workshop, you will learn about the causes of such pain and possible solutions.

Most common pain when cycling - causes and solutions via the three contact points pelvis, hand and foot

The human body is made for walking and not for cycling. Especially for people who cycle a lot, misalignments cause pain, which can be reduced with ergonomic products from SQlab and an improved posture. We look at the points of contact with the bike (pelvis, hand and foot) and give tips on how to reduce pain. After the workshop, every participant will have the opportunity to be digitally measured at the SQlab stand.
