Less pain and more performance through ergonomics on the bike - workshop with SQlab.

Numb fingers or toes? Sit bone or back pain? In this SQlab workshop, you will learn about the causes of such pain and possible solutions.

Frequent pain while cycling - causes and solutions about the three contact points pelvis, hand and foot

The human body is made for running and not for cycling. Especially for people who cycle a lot, pain arises from malpositions, which can be reduced by ergonomic products from SQlab and an improved posture. We look at the contact points to the bike (pelvis, hand and foot) and give tips on how to reduce pain. During the workshop we measure the hands and sit bones of each participant and each participant.
