Women athletes and their hormonal cycle - workshop with Anke Brunner, neuromental trainer
What are the benefits of cycle-oriented training? For many female athletes and their coaches, cycle-oriented training is not yet relevant - even a taboo subject or ignorance.
Anke wants to raise awareness in this workshop, which has been further developed compared to last year, and encourage women to get to know their hormone balance and consciously perceive their cycle. The aim is to develop strategies for the different phases and to master even difficult phases skillfully.

Nature, exercise and the "comeforward thinker" allow her to perform with full energy and cheerfulness.
She lives in the Grisons mountains with her partner and her six-year-old therapy companion dog. You can usually find "the three" in nature, with sports equipment or barbecuing with friends.
